Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize national shipping carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery updates are provided by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Shipping Restrictions
