Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, Serene Wellness Pharmacy does not accept returns or exchanges on any supplements or compounded products. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, quality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right. You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.
